Because there are so many false teachings and practices to be found in the church, we MUST be ground in the Word of God, rightly divided! The Word of God, rightly divided, NOT privately interpreted, is our ónly Standard. That is what the word CANON means!
As the devil knows this, he has made another way to rob the church of it's authority and effectiveness: To CORRUPT the TRANSLATION of the Word! So that what you thínk and hold as the standard of the Word that you base your life upon, is actually nót the Word of God at all! The safest translation is still the King James Version! PERIOD!
