About cruelty free
WOULD YOU keep a chicken in a shoebox for its entire life just so that you could collect its eggs every day?

DO YOU condone the broadscale clearing of the Amazon basin so that soy beans can be grown to feed to chickens and battery pigs in Europe and the USA?

DO YOU approve of keeping pigs in cages where they cannot move for their entire life?

ARE YOU okay with the blanket destruction of oceanic marine life?

DO YOU approve of feeding two thirds of all grains grown in the US, Australia and Europe to factory farm animals?

IF YOU eat meat, fish, chicken, eggs or dairy, you're giving tacit approval to all these things and you're wrecking your personal health along the way.
Let's all join and rebuild the health of our planet and a healthy, compassionate human race which respects all life on earth.

About this user
IT'S NOT my intention that this channel will force anyone to think as I do. I'm not about imposing my will on anyone.
THIS CHANNEL is about giving you information upon which you can make an informed choice about how you engage with this beautiful world and the other animals and plants that we are so fortunate to be sharing it with. I hope you can profit from what I've posted and that you become fired with enthusiasm for wonderful, positive change in your life.
VEGANISM isn't just about guilt and cringing at the sight of animal cruelty or railing against environmental destruction. Veganism is an empowering, healthful, insight-building, wonderful foundation for a life well led: A life of growing, of giving graciously and receiving with gratitude and yes, of caring and sharing.
I'm not a vegan because I'm making a judgement about others who eat meat. I'm a vegan because I want something better for myself and the world. By going vegan I found my personal power and a way to engage positively with every living entity. Now I urge you to find out more and try this path too.
I'VE BEEN a vegan since 1972 and in that time I've heard every argument against my lifestyle and every single one of these is either technically wrong, logically faulty or morally bankrupt.
Mostly, people bite back because they're threatened by change or the idea that they've got some fundamentals in their life very wrong. That can be scary, so I never blame people for trying to defend themselves when they find I'm a vegan.
Let's look at some common follies:
VEGANS ARE PROTEIN DEFICIENT:
There is no difference between the amino acids in meat and the amino acids in fruit and vegetables.
Keep in mind that THE PROTEIN CONTENT OF HUMAN MOTHERS MILK IS ONLY 6%. The time when your body is growing most rapidly you only require 6% protein.
EXCESS protein is the source of many diseases, including cancer, arthritis and osteoporosis.
CANINE TEETH: Humans are Great Apes. Great Apes use teeth to smile and grimace in hierarchical and recognition display. Check out the Canines of vegan Gorillas and Orangutans, they're massive but I don't see them eating meat. I do see them using their canines to strip vegetation.
NUTRITION: Everything humans need is in plants and sunshine. Eating meat and dairy causes human's bodies to become acidic - a source of many ailments and nutritional deficiencies, including cancers and Osteoporosis.
It's very telling that the amino acids which are not so common in tropical fruits from equatorial Africa are precisely the ones which humans synthesise in their bodies: we're a perfect fit for the vegetables and fruits that we evolved alongside - without eating meat.
OTHER SPECIES EAT MEAT: Some are meant to. However, there is nothing in the human constitution to suggest that we should eat meat or dairy. Does any mammal drink the milk of another species, especially into adulthood?
ANIMALS DON'T HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS THAT HUMANS HAVE: Funny, only some humans tend to think that. This is such an ethically flawed position that you know you're wasting your time trying to present any facts to a person who raises this point. I just walk away and hope they get better.
Blessings to all . . .
