@Chiswick2 I believe she learned the British accent for Casino Royale (which is perfect) and just uses when she speaks English now. She spoke excellent English before that but all her interviews had a French accent... I remember people were worried about that when she was casted as Vesper.

The melody is completely different... the only lyric that's the same is the chorus.

Also Rome has been performing this song solo since before The Skints released their album in 2010 so it's more likely that the Skints ripped him off.
