the frank shamrock i saw against nick diaz was not the fighter i grew up watching. something had to have been wrong with frank. he was probably sick or hurt but didn't wana say anything about it. i want to see a rematch and see the real vicious frank shamrock i am used to seeing.

The fight with Baroni was not the greatest, but it was truly the most satisfying. Shutting up Meathead Balogna brain is one of my favs. He was asking for it!

the standard of written journalism is pretty woeful and short to say the least.the one thing the fans like to see is an objective and mature/smart fighter talking about a fight(post mortem)..someone like yourself or couture,someone with a little gravitas who can perhaps see some of the more subtle aspects of a fight-would like to see/hear your thoughts on fedor rogers now that a day or two has passed and with a couple of more viewings under your belt.peace.

you have never seen fedor get hit like this..... come on frank he got hit maybe once maybe twice on the ground i dunno what fight you were watching or if you were just trying too sell the fight you and mauro did a very bad job yesterday not to say that i like joe rogen and that other homo but u gotta stick to fighting but maybe share some of your earnings so other fighters can eat too you think its rite you get all the cake for getting your ass whipped or when you win against a c level fighter like phil baroni anyway i guess im just an old fan of your who misses the good old days all the best to you and your family.. ps you lil girl is very cute
