Enough said... thanks for that big guy. didnt see the video when i looked thru you library. i really needed something other than the infomercial talk about yoga to get me motivated to do it. I have to say, he is absolutely right. It is hard, and long... I think ill have to continue to step myself up in order to be able to finish the 90days. i have supplemented until now. Its yoga day today!.....................Here it goes!

WOW!!! I had to rewind your video... 50miles... thats insane! I love to bike. if i get in 10miles i feel like i just conquered the world. I would love to have that kinda energy. I really need to invest in a better bike though. Good stuff man. thanks for the comments. be sure to rate for me so i know what is interesting and wats not. and ill do the same for you!
