OK, I should have known I couldn't get away with this without having to explain myself, so here goes:

As much as I don't want to begin defending myself, I see already that I didn't do a good enough job making my point. The intent of the video isn't that I'm sad no one is watching me (they aren't and for good reason), it's that Youtube is and has been promoted as a creative heaven for people with unique voices-- it's everything except that.

I'm not watched for a very good and fair reason, and I'm not whining for that to change-- I'm trying to point out that unless you are appealing to very specific interests your videos will remain in obscurity.

The fact that you aren't watched, therefore, doesn't mean you suck. Though this definitely is a self assuring idea, I hope you can understand this concept reaches farther than just me.

And to be blunt, yes I am saying that Fred and the Mean Kitty Song suck.

But besides all that shit, I had a good time writing this song and I'm super happy with it-- I green screened my friggin head on a suit for God's sake, this was fun to make. (less info)
