The Dry Heeves are cultural analysts who use music as their dissemination medium of choice. Under the direction of C. MacDonald J. D. MacNeil, K.MacNeil and M.Gallant, The Dry Heeves hail from Meat Cove, Cape Breton (Canada). Their meditatively eccentric compositions can be overwhelming at first, but once assimilated, they become invigorating, cleansing, genuinely hilarious and frequently gratifying.

The Dry Heeves were formed on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia (Canada) from the ashes of the heavy industrial performance art experiment, The__ (1979-82).
