The Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify, copy, disseminate or dispose of any Video, the concepts embodied therein or any elements thereof, proper names, likenesses, addresses and locations, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media throughout the world in perpetuity, in accordance with the terms herein without permission of, or compensation or notification to you of any kind, except as prohibited by law.
You understand and agree that you are herby releasing all rights, title and interest in and to any photograph, likeness, voice, and performance which Sponsor and those acting under their authority, may create under these terms and conditions. You expressly release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, agents, employees and those acting under its authority, from any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Video. This release shall be binding upon your heirs, administrators, executors and assigns.
