About Dizzy's Fitness and Junk
I created this channel to assist all those people who are truly looking to get fit and gain the most out of life. Too many of the fitness experts on the internet started skinny and just built muscle onto their frame but I plan to show fitness from the perspective of someone who started from the difficult place of being overweight and is proving the efforts of hard work.
