Do these strings come with Reason or did you have to buy something extra? Also does Reason come with good piano sounds?

hey great tutorial man, quick question tho... i been making some kinda indie folk rockish and i'd like to incorporate more electronic influence. usually i use addictive drums with a trigger pad for drums, ik miroslav and fm8 for strings, piano etc...now i never used reason before but it looks app...
