The Death Sound was formed because of the two members enjoyment of and fascination with electronic music and the desire to break the trends in the local scene of the same old metal/hardcore/punk/emo sound that is desperately trying to sound so different, but is still essentially all the same thing. We want to do something that, while not groundbreaking (since it is a genre that flourished thirty years ago), will at least be something the likes of which has not been seen in our local venues before. We hope that for those of you who are fans of true Industrial sound, but have never been able to see a performance piece, you will be able to forgive our roughness around the edges and appreciate what we are aiming for.
