For the Filipinos:

It's hard to explain my situation, but here it goes:

I'm of Ilocano decent living in Cebu City. My first language is English, second language is Korean, and I can understand and speak a little bit of Tagalog. I can understand a little Visayan, but I can't speak it. I don't understand a word of Ilocano.

I will try to put up videos of other cities in the PI as I travel more, but please be respectful of their cities if you comment. Regionalism is the #1 thing I hate about The Philippines.
