My unbiased opinion of popular youtube users. I have tried my utmost to watch all the material they have produced and put on youtube. I also do not read any comments from other users to cloud my judgement. Now the people that I am reviewing are ones that actually put some thought and effort into their productions; not those that hold up a cell phone and say, "Hey world, I'm great! Screw you!"

I base my opinion on several criteria -- subject and overall content of the video, presentation and execution of the content, and production values. Video and audio quality do play into my critiques, but not as much, as those are things that can't always be controlled by the individual.
