i agree with you to an extent. i haven't put in much, if any, effort at all into my videos. saying that, sometimes the best videos are careless and free and don't have much work and time put into them, and thats when theyre the most magical, comedic or interesting. i try to upload content that APPEALS to a large group of people. if you notice, most my videos have over 15,000 views each, because they appeal to a lot of people. my looks dont get me everything, and while i won't lie, looks DO help female youtubers out a TON, it's not everything. just thought i'd clarify!
