Why & what initiated the development of The Chicken Truth
It is our religious duty to inform all Muslims of the actual slaughter process undertaken in the various chicken plants of South Africa because it is obligatory upon every Muslim to investigate the purity of his food. So we decided to carry out a video inspection of all the chicken slaughter and processing plants, thereby enabling all Muslims to be able to investigate the entire process for themselves.
But we were refused permission to enter the factory with a video camera crew (refer to the video; Obligatory Investigation for audio recording)
The next option was to source videos demonstrating the international methods of chicken slaughter and confirming each step with the chicken plants in South Africa. We were assured by all Processing Directors interviewed (including Rainbow Farms, Rocklands - Country Range, Goldi Early Bird & Anca) that the process used by their plant is the exact same process used in every commercial chicken processing plant across the world
We then continued to compile videos of each step with live audio recording of the Processing Directors of South Africas largest chicken slaughter plants
Confusion now exists due to the fact that some Muslim groups have undertaken to represent the Muslims on these Halaal issues. From a Shari (Islamic) point of view, there is no such thing as a Halaal organization. Such organizations never existed in the time of Nabi Muhammed Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam nor in the time of the illustrious Sahaba, may Allah be pleased with them.
Neither did they exist for 1400 years. These groups probably sprouted up within the last 4 or 5 decades. Based upon Western concepts and frameworks, these bodies took root among the Muslims
No person, group, organization or body has any right to claim a mandate on behalf of the Muslims. Claims of national or international representation on behalf of Muslims cannot be valid because of the Ayah (verse) of the Quraan :
..Each soul earneth only on its own account, nor doth any laden bear another's load..
Quran - 6:164 Surah Al-An`am (Cattle, Livestock) Verse: 164
In addition to this practice, halaal certificates are also issued. These things are foreign to Islam and do not hold the weight any weight.
Sadly, some Ulema too have unwittingly legalized these bodies resulting in a perception that the general Muslim will not be answerable to Allah
It is blasphemy (Kufr) to believe or say: It is the Ulema who shall be taken to task, the Ulema/bodies certifying the meat to be Halal will bear my sin as it is in direct conflict to the Holy Quraan. (May Allah protect us from this blasphemy)
Allah Most High says: And no person shall bear the burden of another
If this belief held any significance in the court of Allah, then every single lay Jew or Christian will have to be granted salvation from Hell. On the Day of Judgment, the Jews and Christians will all claim to have followed their priests or rabbis. But this following will be of no avail to save them from the Hell Fire.
Every Muslim shall be answerable for his/her own deeds. Ignorance of Shari is no excuse.
Here we reproduce videos of the actual slaughter process accepted by all international standards. We have also produced dialogues (recorded live) with the various plants in South Africa.
Our hope is that perhaps after witnessing live footage of the entire process, it might re-ignite the Imaan in us to abandon the eating of any chicken produced by the brutal chicken factories. If after having viewed these videos and listening to the dialogues, a Muslim still persist in eating a chicken from these non Muslim plants, stores, roadhouses etc, then I am afraid that no one on the entire surface of this world will ever be able to convince him. His don t know, dont care attitude is a danger to his very Faith (Imaan)
O Muslims, please do not eat doubtful or haram meat, for it will weaken us and will allow the enemy to defeat us easily.
O Allah, please protect the Muslimeen from eating Forbidden/Haram meat
May Allah accept our efforts
