@SirMichaelValentine I believe most of them were made for the then booming VHS market, as a way to say "All New". They would throw in a few new shorts or bumpers between older episodes, and call it a movie. Mostly, it was a marketing ploy, which is why they didn't edit the pitch on Daffy or Bugs'...

I always think of Hogan's Heroes when I see this cartoon... They definitely took minor inspiration for Klink and Shultz from this cartoon.

@TheDazaniel Not to get too geeky, but there isn't supposed to be blood. It's supposed to be a high powered, yet contained, laser if i remember correctly, therefore it would burn the wound before blood could even be spilled.

Nothing better in this world than a celebrity who involves his fans, and has fun doing so.

Chuck Jones has to be the master of limited speech cartoons. He, Michael Maltese, and Maurice Noble together cannot be touched by anyone, in my opinion. Friz Freleng's Pink Panther does come in a close second, though.
