I'm a deaf electronic musician and I first started making self-taught electronica in 2006, and during that time I had 25% hearing in the right ear w/ the use of hearing aid and 6% hearing in the left ear. I lost more of my hearing in the right ear and lost it all, in 2010, so now I have only 6% hearing in my left ear w/ a hearing aid, and it's good for hearing drums and hard sounds. My right ear was good for melody. ugh.
