About Me:
Hmmm...Lets see. I've been into Model railroading since I got an HO train set when I was 8. I built my first turnout when I was 13. I've done a few clinics on hand laying turnouts at the local hobby show. I started out in HO scale but the then switched to N scale about 6 years ago. That's all I got to say for now. I hope you enjoy my ramblings on scenery, N-Scale turnouts, and other topics. I'm having a blast sharing what I've learned.

TheBige's Model Railroad Tutorials & Vlog - Ramblings in Model Railroading(with sporadic lucidity)
Ok. So what is this channel? I'm still trying to figure that out my self. There's probably more "Video Blogs" than tutorials on here and I don't consider the "Tutorial" videos to be "Tutorials" in the strictest sense of the word. None of this stuff is scripted out or rehearsed. It's more like reality TV for Model Railroaders.
So what is this channel?
It's a place where you can come and be a fly on the wall as I build my layout. There's things you can learn here or else be inspired to try something new or different. You may not agree with how I do things and wonder "what was this guy thinking"? (Looking back at some of my older videos I sometimes think the same thing). This channel has been a great experience for me. It's enabled me to share two of my passions: Model Railroading and Music (yeah, the music you hear on the videos has been written and recorded by me in my home studio)
Well that's it in a nutshell. I'll leave with a quote from one of my favorite TV heroes, Red Green: "Remember I'm pulling for ya. We're all in this together!"
