I'm a 38 year old interactive media professional by day and reside in southern Illinois. When I'm not knee deep in new media project development and sales management, I spend a considerable amount of my time talking, writing and educating about my passion - craft beer. I have been a devoted fan and proponent of craft and specialty beer for over 15 years and have garnered a considerable amount of industry experience I apply to all of my beer-related endeavors.

I document my passion regularly under the moniker "the Beer Philosopher" on www.beerphilosopher.com.

I am also a feature contributor for Beer Connoisseur Magazine, a freelance beer writer with published work in both print and online media and an independent consultant for several retail and restaurant establishments, including Kindling Spirits and Melange.
