The Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve represents a new era of Scouting adventure.

The Summit Bechtel Reserve sits on more than 10,000 acres in the New River Gorge of West Virginia. It will be the Boy Scouts of America's fourth high-adventure base, as well as the future home of the National Scouting Jamboree.

The Summit will also host summer camps and offer year-round training through a national leadership academy.

Scouts young and old are encouraged to offer their feedback on how to shape The Summit — and the next 100 years of Scouting.
