theartisanrogue posted:"Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" was a movie I'd been looking forward to it since the first film. Although there are a lot of people that might say that it did disservice to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's work in a remedial way, I have to disagree. The eccentric nature of Holmes is played out incredibly well by Downey (who owns this part as well as he does Tony Stark/Iron Man), and the chemistry with Jude Law's Watson is engaging in an Odd Couple fashion.

So now it's time to revisit this channel. It's been a while since I've posted a new video of any kind and most of that is because I'm trying to work on a new format and presentation style that matches my overall branding. One of the failings of modern networking is that because of so many options, unless one stays right on top of things, you'll forget to update stuff. Case in point my channel. :D

About The Artisan Rogue
I'm a Kansas City based comic illustrator and writer, who dabbles in a LOT of various hobbies and ideologies from art appreciation to travel, cooking to historical reenactment, amateur guitar playing to ufology, to video games and animal rights.
This is a collection of small clips of places and times that I've gone through and experienced.
In no way am I a filmmaker of any kind, but I do enjoy trying to chronicle things that have influenced me and that I want to have as an audio/visual input to what I do as an Illustrator.
For a while, I thought I was going to shut down this channel, and I almost did because I was not entirely happy with my earlier video posts on here. But now coming in to 2012, I hope to resuscitated it and bring a lot more content to it.
