I gotta say, I HATE the CS-3. I've never heard a compressor that messed with (killed) your sound like it does. I'd suggest trying some other ones to make up your mind about compressors in general.
3) This is Like a Version....
I reckon you gotta be amazing to play this at half speed. Just sayin'...
What's the point in complaining? Just 'cos you can't afford something do you think nobody should make a video showing how to use it? Maybe no one should make videos about guitars at all, for the sake of people who can't afford one.
I have less than half the gear this guy has and found the video useful and informative.
And besides, you can still get a decent swell with a delay pedal and your volume knob.
Gearmanndude, I usually love your videos, and I'm sure the Egnater IS a more versatile amp, but geez, you had no idea how to use the Orange at all. Change the settings more than once. There's so many more sounds you can get out of that thing. Sorry but this review is a total letdown
Yeah, second Steven's comment on the tap tempo. I have a dd5 where you have to hold it down for tap tempo. It really is a pain in the ass live
The goat thing is the best meme the internet has had for a while. And this is for sure the best goat thing. So.. kudos, I guess you just won best thing on the internet!
If your starting point is there is no merit whatsoever to the idea that there might be a god (not necessarily the Judeo-Christian God, just any god) - then yeah, what you say is fair, but it's mostly reasonable, intelligent people who wrestle with the question of god. You should -although you disagree with them - give them the credit of not prejudging them all to be fundamentalist unthinking loonies, or you're being as closed minded as you accuse them of being.
I don't know that it's masked... it's just what goes with the electric. And the echo here is for that Hank Marvin sound. He does plenty of dry electric stuff & acoustic stuff too...
So evolution biologically 'selected' for us to have a sense of awe? (responding to the uploader's notes)
By what physical or biological process could this have possibly happened? Evolution and natural selection could explain physical developments, but I've never heard of any proposed theory as to how a sense of awe could be 'selected'. If I have missed something please fill me in? Otherwise I have to say that this is what happens when psychologists make assumptions about biology...
They're having fun. You should try it sometime. Douche.
So what you're telling me, is you've never played bass... or you're a terrible bass player.
You must be insane!
Checked out a couple of your songs, very cool man
Wow. Imagine someone not looking exactly the same at 58 as he did at 25. What a trip. And imagine someone on youtube making such a stupid and useless comment.
No, we just understand that music isn't good or bad depending on the guitar tuning & chord shapes you play. One day when you grow up you'll understand
Hey man. That's not a problem a compressor will fix. Compression evens out volume, but not from string to string. Your problem could be a bunch of things. Maybe pickup height not even, guitar setup a bit out of whack, or even the eq on your amp. It's always fixable, anyway...
