Living in CA just sucks, to have your rights taken away just because something looks aesthetically "frightening"
For example, shotguns with cylindrical actions are banned. Why? It doesn't effect how the gun itself works. You can kill someone with a Mossberg as easily as a Striker. So why ban one specific type? Same thing with Bayonets. It shoots bullets for god's sake. Same thing with pistol grips on rifles. Grenade launcher sights. You name it, it's banned.
