It's probably because we only do one picture per second. Yours actually look better when they're done because you do so many pictures per second. We just kinda cheat and do it the easy way so we can make long episodes lol

Nah, we use animation.class. You can play the pictures at any rate you want, we usually do 1 picture per second. You can only use pictures saved in GIF though, hence why the color isn't that great, but it's ok anyway.

Well it isn't really a program. We just draw the pictures on ms paint, and make sort of a slide show type thing.
