Carrie and I have been vacationing and investing in Chincoteague for about 5 years. We currently own the Duplex and several cottages. Our first Chincoteague investment was a condo at the Assateague Inn which we sold when we bought the Duplex. We have four growing preteens, so we keep upgrading to larger vacation homes on the Island. That is why we sold the Condo and doing the same with the duplex. We will be trading up again after the duplex sells.
