14.7 is a perfect A/F ratio.

You'll notice a significant loss in power when it's below 13.8 and when it's above 15.6.

If you can keep it between thoes 2 numbers you'll be running fine with no damage to any engine components.

But get it as close as you can to 14.7, the closer the more efficiently ...
