1. Why did you send this video to me?
The end is always near. We want to show you how it might end. Why? Modern man has developed a superiority complex -- a God complex. Death is a healthy reminder that you are not in control and something else is. -- that you cannot understand the mind of God or God's plans. 2. Who are you?
We are the producers of "The 3 Days of Darkness -- A Film about The END."
3. How do you know this will occur?
We don't know this will occur. This vision is one of many ways the world may end or transform. However, we chose this one over others because this one has special significance to us.
4. What are the 3 days of darkness?
This vision has been shared by a few different visionaries; we've chosen to cite Padre Pio, an Italian Catholic priest inflicted with the Stigmata for more than 50 years, who in 1950 wrote to a friend details of an event that would come to be known as "the 3 days of darkness." In his letter, he describes how the sun will not shine for 3 days, darkness will envelope the Earth, and Hell will have control over the planet till God returns.
5. Why are you preaching religion? I hate Christians and Catholics! Who are you to lecture me?
We are not preaching religion and that is not our message. Our film incorporates themes of death, terror, and redemption. The concept of God is not exclusive to Christianity. The concept of death is certainly not exclusive to religion. We do believe in God and we do believe that Jesus is the Son of God. But our message is that since you don't know when the end will come, you should be prepared at all times. How you prepare yourself is up to you but we suggest you do your homework and remain open-minded. Do not subscribe to nihilism lightly.
6. I'm a Christian and I hate Catholics and how they distort the Bible.
Listen to yourself. You have a perverted understanding of what it means to be Christian when you hate or attack any denomination of Christianity. The civil war between different denominations of Christianity is a victory for the darkness. You can be part of the light or the darkness: the choice is only yours. As a matter of record, Catholicism and all its practices are explained in the Catechism. Google it and you will see that every practice is rooted in the Bible. These are the facts.
7. When will The 3 Days of Darkness occur?
Hell if we know.
8. God loves us! God doesn't hate us! This has no Biblical reference!
Yes, God does love us and we are his children. Our vision of the END has nothing to do with God punishing the world. Sin is the punisher. Evil is the force. Where there is no light, darkness will exist. We want people to understand that God isn't their problem; sin is. God is the light, sin is the darkness. We want to warn people that without God in their lives, there is no life, no light, no hope. This is not a religious statement. This is a matter of philosophy and to a large extent, simple logic. As far as whether a vision of Hell or a vision of darkness descending upon man is referenced in the Bible, there are too many instances to mention. Google it.
9. Who are you to preach to us? Is this a religion? You want me to join?
If we saw your shoelaces untied, your zipper down, or a kick-me sign on your back, we'd let you know. We are extending the same courtesy to you now. Unfortunately, due to the constant erosion of moral clarity in the world today, it is becoming harder to tell the difference between black, white, and gray in all social issues. We are not experts and experts do not exist on these matters of moral clarity. Finally, we are not advocating for you to join any church. But you should make an honest and sincere attempt to figure out exactly what you believe because we do believe you'll have eternity to live with your choices. Death is the great equalizer.
10. Leviticus [chapter:verse] and Romans [chapter:verse] says, "[insert random passage]" and you should be ashamed of yourself!
We are deeply Christian believers but the time has come to stop using the Bible as a weapon. Too many Christians use the Bible and their memorized verse catalog to pompously proclaim their superiority and evidence their allegiance to Christ. We all know what you're doing. Stop it. You're on the right side of history, but for the wrong reasons. People have developed resistance to the Bible's message due to its misuse in these ways. The time has come to teach the truth and that doesn't involve you preaching chapter and verse. If you do understand what the Bible is teaching, then paraphrase the story and provide context in a relevant way to help others understand it. Again, stop your abuse of the Bible.
