I understood the plaintiff's point completely, but she kinda lost me when the Judge said that she'd instructed her son to 'hit first.' I wouldn't have had a problem with my son defending himself after all other options had been exhausted, but I wouldn't have encouraged him to hit first.

....So - the only thing they got out of this was getting to be on TV??? Jeeze.

Taking into consideration the fact that the plaintiff was ''paying for daycare out of her own pocket," as opposed to county issued (welfare) daycare vouchers, tells me that someone somewhere is actually PAYING this inarticulate plaintiff some very good money to work for them. Wow.
