to Nicholas...well i would suggest you call USA Weightlifting and get a listing of clubs, that way you can see whats available in your area...good luck

Hey man, you're my idol - no joke. But seriously, how can a guy like me get into weightlifting? I have competed in strongman, powerlifting, etc. I can't find any good weightlifting training routines though. Basically, I have been punchin' in the dark. What would you advise?
