Mainly, I am starting this channel to document my progress of the 12-week training program that I am currently going through with my trainer at Fitness Together. And also, through my progress, maybe someone watching will be touched or inspired by what I am doing that they will begin there own transformation. I've had some people ask me if I had considered gastric bypass, or the lapband, but I prefer to do it the old fashion way, with a lot of blood, sweat and tears, and a proper nutritional meal plan.
