Effing bastard - no wonder he is getting death threats. The mom is as bad as the father. I hope they both get jail time. This is abuse, plain and simple. I grew up in the deep south and got some serious beatings as a child, but nothing like this. I hope the parents rot in hell.

Check out the low-end house...that's hardly where the parents that can afford to buy their 16 yr old a new viper would live.

What a waste of rubber...smokey burnouts I just don't get. How about some REAL skill by driving it fast around the track?

A thousand Texas-sized THANK YOU's to all the volunteers. I raced, my wife volunteered and we both had an amazing day. After 5 hot hours at run aid station 6 she was beat and we both have amazing respect for all the hard work and great attitude that the volunteers bring to these events.

Too funny!! Good video to show you what you're up against. Which is an all-flat, but probably hot and draining run course. I expect this to be a lot like IM Louisville, both in terms of flatness, heat, and humidity.

Amazing racers, amazing video. I'm with IRONBOB on the wind - I was REALLY worried the day or two before the race. Mountainous bike and run course with 30-40mph winds would have had me nervous for sure. But it was a beautiful day - enough so I'm going back again in May 2011...
