Born LaShon Banks, a twenty-five year old Milwaukee native, alternative rap artist, and CEO of We R Famous Entertainment (ascap). He's Gained an abundance of wisdom and love for the world of entertainment through Marshall Thompson (leader of the legendary r&b soul group "The Chi-Lites"). He was twelve when he started writing, producing, recording, and performing his music. Eventually he adopted the alias "TeqNique" because he would always end his concerts with the catch phrase "Don't Sweat The Technique" which was originally expressed by his favorite hip hop artist, Rakim. Over this time TeqNique has done concerts in California, Florida, New York, Nevada, Atlanta, Jamaica, and London, just to name a few. With his mixture of rap, pop, and rock along with his dedication and consistency he has built a huge fan base. You'll definitely catch him with his guitar rocking out.
