About Tendência Outdoor

A Tendência Outdoor é uma Assessoria Esportiva que tem como foco principal, o treinamento de corrida e caminhada monitorada, como atividades físicas em meio natural, seja na cidade ou em meio a natureza. As aulas monitoradas podem ser individuais ou em grupo, e são para alunos de qualquer nível de condicionamento; sedentários ou, até mesmo, atletas amadores ou profissionais.

Com base na atividade física como elemento essencial na manutenção da sociabilidade do indivíduo; na possibilidade de criar uma consciência corporal e re-estabelecer limites próprios; estabelecemos parcerias e formamos uma equipe multidisciplinar, com profissionais e professores especializados e capacitados.

Entre as atividades praticadas ao ar livre, temos professores treinados para dar aulas de corrida e caminhada, multisport, corrida de aventura, canoagem, ciclismo, trekking, fortalecimento funcional, alongamento e musculação.

Acreditamos que: "(...) somos parte de um processo vivo maior do que nossa pequena personalidade (...)" (Keleman, S. 2001, p87). Nosso crescimento verdadeiro nos joga além dos limites sociais, é preciso formar uma visão, uma experiência que nos traga uma verdade emocional e biológica.
