Yoga-REIKI sadhana ; trained under June Dirkin at 43, developing avahita yoga (after Scaravelli); received initiation into healing energies of Reiki and Maat Sekhem; received healing current of MU, from the lost continent, NW of Japan; teaching yoga for 4 years.
