Under the law all Americans are equal. Black or White; rich or poor. We are all equal. If I do not have the right to steal from my neighbor than neither do you. Since the rights of the Government are derived from the rights of the people; what gives the Government the right to steal. If I cannot steal than I cannot delegate that right to the Government. You cannot say that it is done for the greater good, because we are all equal under the law. If the Government has the right to take from the rich; then they have the right to take from the poor. If the Government has the right to take away our property than what stops them from taking away our right to life and liberty?
