@TurgeonFan77132 As of now, WWE recognizes Andre's win, and consider him to be a WWE Champion. Him giving the belt to DiBiase only counts as Andre forfeiting the belt. Vince probably just wants to be able to honor Andre by making it possible for it to be officially said that Andre was the champ.
