Maybe to you, but compared to the original Windows 7, the Nvidia Edition is better.
The only addon that pisses me off is the welcome screen.
Other than that, it's way faster. If your PC sucks, then it won't make a difference what you install so shut your trap.

Gigabyte Brands have good Core Clocks out of the box, but I'd still prefer the MSI products... Stability is excellent, a little low on the Core, but the Memory clock is a definite plus...

FPS doesn't matter. So long as the avg 60fps is reached, since most monitors only display 60fps anyway. Unless of course, if you have a large scale monitor that displays around 120fps or more. Then that's a big difference.
All in all, I don't see the point of spending $200-$300, maybe more, just...

Already Maxed out Crysis with an E5400 Pentium Dual Core @ 3.2ghz stock voltage, 2x2gb DDR2 800, MSI P43 Neo-F, MSI GTX 560 TI Hawk, Seagate 1tb Sata 32mb, Samsung P2370 23" @ 1920x1080, Windows 7 64bit. No need for an i5 or GTX570 for that, which cost you $200-250 more... >:D
