The kitten really does love cuddling with the puppy. Here he is dreaming - until the twitchy dreams get to be too much for the kitten. Can't blame him! The puppy is 2 weeks old, and the kitten is about 9 weeks old, but very very small for his age. They are both fosterlings I'm raising for now.

These two foster babies each have an unlikely existence except for the miracle of my vet-tech friend Amanda. I'm watching them for the week while she's on vacation, and I think my biggest worry is that the puppy is definitely going to grow up thinking he's a cat! Little Buff (aka Cheech) really loves him, which is good for both of them :)
