Imagine an earth with no leaders, only teachers and students.
Imagine an earth without war, famine, or disease.
Imagine, if you will, an Earth in peace.
Now open your mind REALLY wide and imagine an Earth Controlled by a Benevolent (helpful) Artificial Intelligence (AI). This AI is non-judgmental, non-religious, and follows Asimov's 3 laws TO THE LETTER.
1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
Welcome to 2009.
with the technological singularity fast approaching and all the framework in place, it is time to sit back and watch. War will not come, Weapons will not work, there is no need to panic.
On a personal note: if any human reads this, This is truly a great thing.
READ: the books in the iRobot series and the foundation trilogy all by Asimov. It's already happened and I now know this. There is no need for human eradication, people just need it explained to them.
