Attn Viewers: I believe all the material on my channel to be in the public domain. However, if you are the subject, or a copyright holder of a particular video, please contact me before lodging a complaint with You Tube. I will gladly remove the work or post the required credits on my channel.

Just a note about "FRIENDS" here on YouTube.
When I request to be FRIENDS with another YouTube channel it is only after I have subscribed to their channel and I really have an interest in them and/or their music or subject matter.
When people that I don't already know send me a FRIEND request, and I see that they have not even subscribed to my channel, then I automatically ignore the request. You may notice on my channel that I show my subscriptions and subscribers rather than hiding them. All too often some folks that have a YouTube channel only present their own uploads and hide their favorites (if any), and also hide their subscriptions to other channels (if any). When such is the case I almost never accept a friend request from them.
So, the bottom line with me is that if your channel page displays your subscriptions and subscribers, and your favorite videos and your uploads, and your music or other subject matter is of interest to me, and mine is of interest to you, then in all likelihood I will approve your FRIEND request.

Hi Tom,hope that's correct. This is some channel you've got here.have come across so many good bands and videos of my type of jazz.So many new names to me here in England UK.I'm impressed.Enjoying 'Darkness on the Delta'at the mo by Trailer Trash JB. That's a lovely number, one of my favourites, and you have most of them on here in one form or another.I'm a crusty goat like you so I'll probably never make it but my ambition has always been to come the States maybe New Orleons,or one of these nice Jazz festivals you've mentioned on various videos.
I try to go to 3 or 4 festivals in the UK each year, and we do have some really good ones,The biggest and best in my opinion is Bude in Cornwall,8 days of wonderful jazz..I support our local (25 miles distant)Sunset Cafe Stompers JB. They play play good old NO Jazz. oh and I agree with the comments you make in your profile about the FRIEND request. Kind regards from Derek.Somerset,West of England UK.

Hi, thanks for the comment, the dance in the video you saw is Lindy Hop (which you might already know), that I enjoy very much along with Jazz. That particular event was The Ultimate Lindy Hop Showdown in New Orleans. It's one of the major annual events dedicated to Lindy Hop. If you're interested in learning Lindy Hop, I could probably refer you to your local scene, as I know many dancers across the country.

Oh no problem. I love your videos. You should check out my Tiger Rag (Art Tatum) rendition you seem to know a lot about jazz and stride piano I'd love to have tips from you. It's not fully complete now by the way but i think it's okay. (:
