Wow. That is an incredibly bad infestation. I am a bit surprised she is still alive. I took in some strays a few years ago with similar flea problems, and one required a blood transfusion and oxygen tent, she was so anemic.

You have to be very careful about bathing kittens. They are so small that even in a warm place they can lose a lot of body heat if they are soaked through. It's also not a good idea to put them under running water.
