The most effective punches and kicks are actually the most basic... U forget about human biology.... physics is only part of it.... Straight punches can be really effective then.... Its the fighter that fights not the style idiot the style is just a guideline!!

Those kungfu ppl are not the pros yet... true grandmasters do not go out and " show off".... those kungfu kids are just newbies who think that they knew all about kungfu... Just show how ignorant these MMa fighters are... no self-discipline and control.... Its harder to hold your fists down then ...

why are people still comparing muay thai and mixed martial arts and kung fu... You have to remember the prupose of each martial arts is founded for.... Shaolin Kungfu is founded for spirituality and defending their temple... They are not taught to kill or even harm people they don't even hurt fli...
