My music consists of two strands: simple songs of love and peace to feed the soul and open the heart and sacred chants to take us deeper into the ever-present silence, to nourish mind, body and spirit and nurture the seeds of peace within.

I run chanting groups in Bristol, UK where we use these ancient chants, with their transformative power and healing energy, to explore sound and silence and create a resonant field of peace that can be shared and experienced by all.

I am also committed to raising awareness of Peace and specifically World Peace Day which is held every year on 21st September.
