Hi Jay, Have you tried a hefe wiessen or a dark hefe, before you did this beer review, just curious, Do you like belguim beers? I have not yet tried a belgium beer that I like. Occassionallly I like a jGuiness so I will be trying youngs oatmeal stout.

have you had the hefe wiessen by Paulaner? Very good!!

hopefully you have been educated with a hefe, you should save about 1 inch in the bottle swirl around and then pour to gt full flavor. Try that it really enhances the taste and look
