When did I start my locks?
I started locking my hair August 23, 2008
Who started my locks?
I went to a professional Loctican- Glen owner of De Lux Gallery in Brooklyn NY
What method did he use?
He used a technique that combines backcombing and twisting to help the hair lock quicker
How long was your hair before you locked?
My hair was about 6-7inches long
What type of locks do I have?
Traditional locks

How do you maintain you locks?
I use the palm rolling method
How often to you retwist?
Every other week
What hair products do I use?
Shampoo- It varies- currently L'Oreal EverPure Moisturizing Shampoo for color treated hair
Do you use conditioner?
It varies- currently L'Oreal EverPure Moisturizing Conditioner for color treated hair
What type of moisturizer do you use?
Some type of natural oils it varies
What product to I use to retwist my locks?
Pink Queen Helene styling Gel
How long did it take you hair to lock?
It started locking around 4 months and wasn't completely locked until after my 1 year mark.
Do you cover you hair at night?
Yes every night. either with a stocking cap or a satin scarf
