Hilary Hahn is a great violinist in the tradition of past masters such as Heifetz, Oistrach, Kogan, Menuhin, etc. It is rare to see someone with such devotion to the highest excellence. I hope she plays till she's 90.

I had the idea, years ago, to use the main theme of this movement for a set of variations for guitar. I am neither a guitarist, nor musically literate. Since you obviously see how these fit, why not do it yourself?
