She's definitely a fangirl on the inside. I kind of love it :)
Her problem is that she simply isn't a strong vocalist by any stretch of the imagination. She goes deeper to cover it up, but half of her singing is falsetto, which doesn't resonate as well and sounds shakier live. It's just the way she sings. If she makes it to nationwide touring, give her a few...
