Since when is using pepper spray considered brutality? The whole reason they use pepper spray is to avoid having to scuffle, fight and beat people until they comply and disperse...thats when people really get hurt.

All of these videos would be better if they had better voicework. The reason why the Jungle Guy's videos are the best is because the dude that does the voice does a kickass job. This just sounds like a guy reading a script.
