In the interest of full disclosure, I must tell you that I'm sort of against all the gay pride marches and I dislike the politicization of marriage. But what happened to your friend is W.R.O.N.G. Everyone has a right to walk down the street unmolested and unafraid. I hope your buddy is OK.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Its great you filmed it, otherwise, I fear he might have been bashed. Its the reason he wasn't. COWARDS work in the dark, my friend. Those kids are uneducated, ignorant, and have bad parents. That's why they harrassed. Not because they are black. Because they are ignorant, hateful, and have parents (or not parents) who don't bother to teach them acceptance. Yet they demand acceptance while saying that being gay is not the same as being black, It is. And once you get a black president, it is NOT open season on gays. WE defend ourselves now. WE have no choice in this world, where even other gays try to discriminate against us (:GB vs. LGBT).

hey justin...just watched the videos and i completely agree with your views on the harrassment that took place...i am so happy that adam is taking action....good for you both....being gay myself i know what it is like...i was a victim of gay bashing when i was much younger....it is very difficult to know what to do and i am so greatful to have had family and friends to help me through....take care....chris <3

You'll notice there are no adults with this gang of kids. That is the problem. They have no positive male adult role models. I bet if there was a pride parade in a small MN town and there was a gang of kids just hanging out, you would see the same behavior. Except kids would white and christian. I wonder how many of those boys will come out when they are older and away from each other?
