I was 620 according to my doctor's scale the first part of January 2010 and that was just water gain from my lymphedema and my scale I use only goes to 550 pounds - below are my losses (and gains to date - week 3 is a good example of why you need to find things such as meditation etc. because if you get stressed over something, even if you stick to your weight loss plan 100% it can play havoc on your weight loss efforts and cause you to gain weight instead):
